Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at SummerBlue! Our Exchange Policy below applies only to purchases made through www.summerblue.com.sg Your happiness towards our service is important to us. If you are unhappy with an item you have purchased via our online site, we will gladly exchange it for another item of the same price or higher. No refunds are available.

All exchange items must be in new and unused condition, with all tags attached.
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the shipped date.
The customer will have to bear the shipping charges for all exchanges.
If you are exchanging for an item of a higher value, you need to top up the difference together with the shipping charges.
Only items that reach us within the time frame outlined above and which SummerBlue can confirm as new and unused will be eligible for exchange.
Sale items may not be exchanged.

Shipping Policy

SummerBlue only ships to addresses in Singapore. Our items are handled by Singapore Post Office and shipping duration may vary due to the availability of our merchandise. Our shipping costs consist of a base charge (handling fee) and the corresponding shipping charges. Items are sent via Singpost. You can opt for registered mail (recommended) or normal mail. Estimated delivery time for both options is 3 to 5 working days. No self-collection is available.
